We are a small South Yorkshire new build housing estate with shared grounds that require ongoing maintenance and management. Our management company chose to outsource our maintenance to PPM because of their expertise in maintenance/management and their experience with properties such as ours in the area.
When putting the job out to tender, PPM was the most responsive of any of the property managers we contacted in terms of addressing any of our inquiries and concerns in transitioning the job to an outside company.
