In our selection process of candidate companies to act as managing agents for ‘The Square’ the Directors of The Square Management Company were impressed with the practical, robust and experienced approach of PPM.
The contract has now been in place for four months and PPM have successfully taken over the day-to-day maintenance and administrative tasks. PPM’s Property Manager and administrative staff have been excellent in their response and timely resolution to maintenance issues. The experience that PPM brings, together with their network of maintenance contacts and their membership of ARMA, has already provided notable benefits to our situation and site.
Although obviously early days in our working with PPM, we are happy to recommend them and look forward to a long and beneficial relationship.
