We have employed PPM as our managing agents since 1st January 2016, deciding to use them as our previous managing agent was not performing to our satisfaction and having interviewed a number of potential agents last year.
We have had no reason to regret the decision to employ PPM as our managing agents: –
- They managed the transfer of our affairs from the previous agent very effectively despite receiving little co-operation from them
- They have always acted promptly and personally in dealing with issues raised by us
- They have arranged the management of contractors effectively in terms of both timing and costs
- They have provided timely, accurate and excellent accounting information, something which was sadly lacking from our previous agent
Most importantly, and although we have not been with them for very long, I am confident that PPM have, and will continue to, genuinely act in our best interests which was not the case with their predecessor, I would therefore unhesitatingly recommend PPM as managing agents.
