PPM recently took over managemnet of Brewery Wharf in Sheffield. A high rise apartment block offering residents stylish homes, secured parking and a fantastic view over the riverbank. The location of Brewery Wharf also means PPM will take on the role of organising the maintenance of the riverbank working with the River Stewardship Company.
Being over 18m, Brewery Wharf will be subject to strict fire safety regulations which PPM will ensure are followed and any changes necessary acted upon quickly. With legislation due to be updated late 2022 we’re looking forward to a different type of challenge and keeping all residents safe.
