A Look Back at Our Journey
As we celebrate our 20th anniversary this weekend, we at PPM are filled with a sense of pride and accomplishment. When we first started out in January 2003, we were a small family-run business operating solely in Yorkshire & North Nottinghamshire. Our goal was to provide high-quality property management services for the common parts of residential and commercial properties.
Fast forward to today, and we have grown year on year to become one of the leading managing agents in the North and Midlands of England. We are proud to say that we now manage over 3400 units across these regions.
We attribute our success to our unwavering commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients. We understand that managing a property can be a complex and time-consuming task, and we take the burden off our clients’ shoulders by providing them with comprehensive, professional, and efficient management services. We also strive to stay up to date with the ever-changing regulations and legislation in the property management industry to ensure that our clients are always in compliance with the laws and regulations that govern their properties.
Over the years, we have faced our fair share of challenges, but we have always risen to the occasion. We have adapted to the changing market, implemented new technologies and expanded our services to keep up with the demands of our clients.
We are also grateful for the support of our dedicated employees, without whom we would not have been able to achieve our goals. Their hard work, commitment, and dedication have been a driving force behind our success.
As we look to the future, we are excited to continue providing our clients with the highest level of service and to keep growing and evolving as a company. We are committed to staying at the forefront of our industry and will continue to adapt to changes and implement new technologies as they become available.
